De Morgenzon is well respected for it's white wines
This wine received a 4* John Platter award
This is a dry white with more mineral character. If you wanted to compare this to the DMZ Chenin, this has less sugar but similar acidity. They describe some character of nettles with passion fruit and citrus. It is a good representation of a dry Sauvignon, but not fully tart.
De Morgenzon say that they play classical music in the vineyards and in the cellar every day all day. I guess we'll just have to go check!
